EXCHANGES/REFUNDS POLICY

My top priority is to ensure the satisfaction of all my collectors and customers. I genuinely strive to please everyone I serve. Therefore, I handle each sale and commission, strongly committed to transparency and clarity. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take a moment to carefully read the listing descriptions and consider checking colors on different screen devices if the color variation is a concern. While I make every effort to photograph each piece of artwork to capture its truest and most authentic colors, please keep in mind that there may be slight variations when viewed in person.

Please note that all sales are considered final.

SHIPPING POLICY

All purchases of original artworks will be shipped within 5-7 business days from the purchase date unless I reach out to you with a different timeframe. 

For print shop and gift shop items, please expect them to be shipped within 2-3 weeks from the purchase date.

Rest assured that your purchase is fully insured for its value. If there is any damage or missing packages, you must file a claim with the shipping provider. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you require assistance with the claim filing process. I am here to support you in any way I can.

Shipping within the US:  I take great care in selecting the best shipping provider for your location. In certain cases, personal delivery may be an option for commissioned pieces within the Austin metropolitan area.

International shipping outside the US: feel free to contact me before purchasing. I can estimate shipping costs based on your zip/postal code. I offer an alternative option to help reduce shipping costs, specifically for original gallery-wrapped canvas paintings. You can have the canvas removed from its stretcher bars and shipped rolled in a special art mailing tube. In this case, you would need to coordinate with a local canvas stretcher to stretch the canvas onto wooden bars before hanging it on a wall.
